Being a #championofchange really means a lot to me, I want to create a sustainable future for my children and leave a legacy for years to come. I truly believe that by volunteering for a variety of charities not with just money but with my time can spark a meaningful change, when we give, we grow 🌱 I had the pleasure of arranging and attending a seedball workshop with some colleagues for Pure Good’s Global Week of service for Core Arts. 💜 Pure Storage to Launch #PyLadies Program This September 💜 We are excited to announce that Pure will soon be hosting PyLadies – a global mentorship and support community for women who are interested in Python programming. PyLadies chapters all over the world aim to encourage, educate, and empower more women to actively participate in the Python open-source community. Starting this September, Pure will launch this initiative with a series of engaging workshops and meetups. Our first sessions will focus on APIs, and will take place on October 9th and 14th. During these events, our dedicated engineers and volunteers will guide participants through hands-on exercises, share practical insights about Python, and help attendees learn new concepts that can be applied directly in practice. This is just the beginning. Last week, we celebrated the Grand Opening of the Pure Storage North Carolina office by giving back to the local community. Thanks to the efforts of Pure's RTP employees, 100 more youth in Wake County will start the school year ready to learn! Thanks to John Boggs, Greg Fountain and Rachel Work for bringing this event to life and to Foundation Board President Joe Pinto for helping us open this office with a bit of #PureGood.

We had an incredible time this week teaming up with the worldwide sales engineering team at Pure Storage to support Santa Clara students as they head back to school. Frances Smyrniotis added a bit of extra energy to the day with a "speedrun" twist - seeing 50 colleagues race to solve puzzles and sharpen pencils was truly a sight to see.
