Our Indianapolis team members assisted the Indianapolis Colts with their annual playground build at William Bell School 60 by donating the concrete for the project. Players, coaches, cheerleaders, and members of the community all pitched in to help get the job done!

SRM Concrete is proud to work with McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. and Vaughn Construction on the new Children’s Health and UT Southwestern Pediatric Campus in Dallas, Texas– one of the largest healthcare projects in the nation. To date, our Dallas team has supplied just over 40,000 of the 350,000 cubic yards of concrete required to bring this state-of-the-art, 4.5 million-square-foot medical campus to life. We look forward to continuing to share photos from this incredible site as it begins to take shape.

Our Panama City, Florida, team crushed a 3,030-yard pour with Gorman Marine at a large water retention basin. With 50 trucks running out of both of our Panama City locations, our team maintained a steady supply to the site throughout the night. Great work to everyone involved in this one!

Meet our Go-Getter from Colorado Springs: Nathaniel Turner! Nathaniel started as a Mixer Operator in Smyrna, Tennessee, before moving to Colorado to help train new operators there. He is a remarkable teacher and enjoys seeing his trainees grow and learn. He leads by example, striving to keep the cleanest truck in the fleet. Thank you for everything you do, Nathaniel!

Our Texas customers showed up and showed out for our SRM Texas Customer Appreciation Golf Tournament at Firewheel Golf Park. With over 300 golfers, we celebrated not one, but two Hole-In-One victories with our customers, Jake and Nick! We appreciate our Texas sales team for hosting and making it a memorable day for everyone!

Our Tupelo, Mississippi Block Plant recently welcomed students from Tupelo High School’s Career and Technical Education programs for a behind-the-scenes tour of our operations. From raw aggregates to our Decrastone grinding department, students experienced a hands-on look at the complete manufacturing process. The visit provided them with valuable insight into how concrete masonry units are produced and the craftsmanship that goes into the materials they will use in their own construction projects this semester.

Meet this week's Go-Getter, Omar Payan, from Amarillo, Texas! With over a decade of experience in a mixer, Omar demonstrates the Go-Getter spirit on every load he delivers. With many years in the industry, Omar is skilled in handling a wide range of tasks to keep our operation moving. When he's not in a mixer, Omar is likely spending time with his family or cheering on the Dallas Cowboys. We appreciate you, Omar!

Our Central Indiana team participated in the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana's Main Event fundraiser, raising money to continue their great work with the youth of the Greater Indianapolis area.
