#U46StaffKudos: Scot Hansen. Scot was recognized for reinforcing Tier 1 practices by Dr. Ryg in Student Success. In her kudos nomination, Dr. Ryg shared: "While supporting Abbott Middle School during iReady testing, I observed a classroom where the teacher, Mr. Hansen, had written a simple but powerful message for students: I BELIEVE IN YOU. This single sentence exemplifies the heart of Student Success by ensuring every student feels supported academically, socially, and emotionally. Such intentional acts foster a sense of belonging, which is foundational to student engagement, persistence, and success. Thank you, Mr. Hanson, for showing how small actions can create lasting impact."
