Last night, Mayor Jessica Day, Town Manager Bill Summers, and Community Relations Director Rachel Morris had the privilege of visiting North Carolina Central University’s MPA Leadership Course and Seminar. They shared insights about careers in local government, the unique roles of elected officials, and how collaboration between leadership and staff drives meaningful impact in our communities. It’s important for us to connect with the next generation of public service leaders.
