At our September 2, 2025 City Council Meeting, we had the honor of highlighting both Emergency Preparedness and youth innovation: 🌟 Mayor David Lesser presented a proclamation declaring September as Emergency Preparedness Month. Fire Chief Jesse Alexander and Emergency Preparedness Administrator Ashley Hopson accepted the recognition on behalf of the Manhattan Beach Fire Department, underscoring our city’s commitment to safety and resilience. 🌟 We also celebrated the achievements of the Young Entrepreneur Academy.
