Allegheny Place Employee Spotlight: Tameaka Finley (CNA / Housekeeping) celebrating 10 years! When she started a decade ago, Tameaka had no idea of the incredible journey that lay ahead in her CNA career. Tameaka says, "I wouldn't trade a single moment of caring for the residents." Working here is so much more than a job for her. "The residents have taught me and I've learned that listening is just as important as doing. All of the heart-warming stories remind me why I do this work. All the connections I have formed with residents, families and fellow staff is what makes Allegheny Place feel like a home." Tameaka now works in the housekeeping department, but is more inspired than ever to continue to serve this community with compassion and care because that’s what our residents deserve.
