Just wrapped up an energizing week at @ CIECA CONNEX 2025 in Nashville! In my session, I shared how VIN-specific build data can eliminate guesswork in parts selection and repairs, improve “fix it right the first time” rates (with huge cost savings), ensure accurate ADAS calibration and compliance, and build trust across OEMs, insurers and repairers. The message is simple: build data is the foundation of smarter, faster, more transparent repairs and settlements. But collaboration across the ecosystem is essential to make it happen.
