This month, we have two absolute rockstars to recognize with our Extra Mile Award: Director of Mentor Engagement and Alumni Experience, Megan Allen and Phoenix, AZ Senior Regional Program Manager, Jacqueline LaPlante! 👏   In just one year in her role, Megan Allen has already made an incredible impact—launching a new LMS, creating a Mentor Handbook, and strengthening both mentor onboarding and alumni programs. She consistently goes above and beyond, mastering new platforms, refining processes, and generously sharing her expertise.
