This week, our St-Éphrem plant is celebrating 40 years of expertise and excellence! 🎉 From a 12-person shop in 1985 to a facility with over 100,000 sq. ft. of operations today, this milestone is a testament to the dedication and hard work of the team behind it. Among the many highlights, two employees, Yvan Gagnon and Anita Marois, have also reached 40 years with the company in 2025, making this milestone even more meaningful. From training to teamwork to a Twins game—our recent DoorUniversity event had it all. Last week, nearly 50 customers joined us in Minneapolis for an in-person day of learning, connection, and celebration.   DoorUniversity is a learning program designed to give professionals practical, project-ready knowledge. That’s why Forte’s David Jordan, CFDAI plays an active role in shaping industry education and performance standards, serving as a committee member of Window & Door Manufacturers Association (WDMA)’s Architectural Door Codes and Standards Committee and helping develop DHI - Door Security + Safety Professionals new Wood Door Technical Certification curriculum. His work is helping create a stronger, more consistent foundation for the industry and for every project that depends on it.
