We're thrilled by the feature in S&P Global highlighting a major milestone: Dandelion Energy has launched the nation's first geothermal leasing program for homebuilders. 📍The TLDR; 💰Cost Barrier Reduced: Leasing will allow homebuilders to integrate geothermal systems for "very little money down," eliminating the cost hurdle. 🏡 Affordable for Homebuyers: Homeowners will pay a low 20-year lease (as little as $10-$40/month in some cases), which is offset by much greater energy savings. ☑️ The Default Choice: As CEO Dan Yates stated, this program brings us closer to "making geothermal the default choice for American homes."
