Education and training of young surgeons, 'The Chiefs of Tomorrow', is key to shaping the future of care. Over the last two weeks our Advanced Surgery teams were focused on the field of neurosurgery bringing together professionals, experts and young surgeons across multiple locations in Europe. This was an innovative approach to help support training for neurosurgeons, offering new training concepts, introducing our portfolio and advancing the way surgical education is delivered. The exchange of knowledge, skills and experience will have a long-lasting impact for both participants and for patients. ✔️ Workshop 1-SINch (Brescia, Italy): Turning the booth into a live training hub! ✔️ Workshop 2-Society of British Neurological Surgeons (Bristol, UK): An experience to help understand our product portfolio and what can be used where in Neurosurgery ✔️ Workshop 3: Masterclass Basic Neurosurgery (Nürnberg, Germany) An event that combined theoretical trainings and hands-on sessions. Just over a year ago, Hurricane Helene devastated the community disrupting lives, critical healthcare production and access to the plant.
