Milestone completed in West Denver! We were proud to celebrate the opening of Sheridan on 10th—a supportive recovery housing community developed by WellPower—with a ribbon tying ceremony that honored the connection and care behind this project. Built in collaboration with Urban Land Conservancy, Davis Partnership Architects, Colorado Housing and Finance Authority, and Colorado Department of Local Affairs, this 60-unit community offers permanent housing and vital on-site services for individuals overcoming homelessness and behavioral health challenges. We broke ground on RidgeGate Senior Housing — a new community rising in Lone Tree, designed to support residents at every stage of life. Phase 1 of two, the five-story development will bring 101 affordable one- and two-bedroom homes to seniors, along with community rooms, a yoga studio, and easy access to nearby trails and parks — all thoughtfully designed to encourage comfort, connection, and ease of living. Developed by Koelbel and Company, with design by Bryant Flink Architecture & Design, this project reflects a shared vision and commitment to housing that meets people where they are — made possible by dedicated planners, funders, designers, and our team as the builders, working together to bring it to life. With other senior residences in the area filling nearly overnight, RidgeGate responds to both urgent need and lasting opportunity — creating space for seniors to stay close to family, rooted in the community they love, with dignity, independence, and care.
