We’re excited to welcome Ryan Campbell to Gilmore Construction as a Senior Project Engineer-MEP/Electrical! 🎉   Ryan brings nearly 25 years of experience as a licensed Master Electrician, with expertise spanning commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. Before joining Gilmore, he worked with Encore Electrical and operated his own firm as a contract electrician, leading field teams and delivering complex installations.   His subject matter expertise in MEP construction will be a key asset as Gilmore continues to expand into mission critical projects that require complex problem-solving and seamless execution.   Welcome to the Gilmore family Ryan! 👏

We’re thrilled to welcome Mikayla Smith as Gilmore Construction’s new Assistant Controller! 🎉 Mikayla S. brings nearly a decade of experience in accounting and finance. Most recently, she served as Corporate Controller at Elevated Industrial Solutions, where she managed multi-entity corporate accounting, mentored teams, and oversaw M&A integration and covenant reporting. She has also held leadership roles with Gen3 Construction, Roaring Fork Club, Dalby Wendland & Co., and Moltz Construction, giving her a strong foundation across construction, manufacturing, and service-based organizations. She is also advancing her professional development, working toward completion of her MBA in Managerial Finance at the University of Denver (October 2025) and her CPA license. At Gilmore, Mikayla will work closely with CFO Ken MacGregor to strengthen our accounting operations, support strategic growth, and help ensure the success of major initiatives. This past weekend, Team Gilmore took on the Special Olympics Colorado Plane Pull for the third year in a row—and what an incredible day it was! We showed up strong with two teams: one representing Gilmore Construction and another joining forces with McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. and Page. Together, we joined hundreds of others in pulling for a purpose—raising awareness and funds to support Special Olympics athletes across Colorado. This event is always a reminder of the power of teamwork, determination, and community impact. A huge thank-you to our employees, partners, and families who came out to pull, cheer, and support.
