AGH Business Principle #1: Our first responsibility is to work for our clients' success. We love seeing our team’s enthusiasm and expertise in action! Here’s how Supervising Associate Trey Tindell is gearing up for 🌱 spring audit season – even in early fall – creating value for the clients we serve. #EmployeeSpotlight #AuditAndAssurance
Spring audit season is approaching, and I’m energized to begin planning engagements for my clients. The planning phase sets the foundation for a successful audit. It’s the point where we gain a deep understanding of each organization, assess critical risks, and design an approach that delivers both efficiency and meaningful insight. My aim is to move beyond compliance—providing recommendations that strengthen controls, enhance operations, and support informed decision-making. This year, my focus includes: • Regulatory readiness: Helping clients stay ahead of evolving standards and reduce last-minute surprises. • Technology & cybersecurity resilience: Evaluating IT controls and data-security measures to protect against emerging threats. • Clear, consistent communication: Keeping leadership informed and engaged throughout every stage of the audit. Thoughtful planning not only drives a smoother audit but also creates lasting value for the organizations we serve. I look forward to a productive season of collaboration and impact.
