Grant opportunity available! The American Headache Society (AHS) is seeking applications from AHS members for grant funding up to $50,000 that will support investigator-initiated research projects. Priority will be given to early-stage investigators, basic science grants, and collaborative projects aiming to bring established investigators from other fields into headache research. Scholarship opportunity! The American Headache Society, in partnership with For the Love of Ryan, is offering five Resident Scholarships to attend the 2025 Scottsdale Headache Symposium (Dec 4–7, Westin Kierland Resort, AZ). Each award provides up to $2,000 for registration, hotel, and airfare. Applicants must be residents in a training program and demonstrate a strong interest in headache medicine. They should also have experience working with mental health disorders and reside in the United States or Canada. Coming Soon: Innovative Research Collaboration with the American Heart Association The Innovative Project Award, co-funded with the American Heart Association, seeks to support innovative, high-impact research aimed at advancing discoveries related to the effects of migraine and other headache disorders on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular health. This award will offer $100,000 per year for the next two years, totaling $200,000. Pre-proposals will be accepted beginning Wednesday, October 1.
