🚨 Community Advisory 🚨 Following Congresswoman Matsui’s inspection of ICE’s Moss “Processing Center,” CAIR-SV/CC is raising urgent concerns: ❌ Overcrowding & misrepresentation ❌ Unlawful detention beyond 12 hours ❌ Unsafe & degrading conditions ❌ Barriers to legal access These findings confirm what our community has long known: ICE’s practices are unsafe, unlawful, and unacceptable.
