KEENFINITY Group has announced a new organisational structure, designed to accelerate growth for the company. The restructuring sees key industry player Hubertus M. Mühlhäuser appointed chairman of group, joining forces with CEO Peter Loeffler. The Keenfinifty Group has also announced that, as of 1 January 2026, the company will operate as a holding consisting of four businesses.
