KEENFINITY Group has announced a new organisational structure, designed to accelerate growth for the company. The restructuring sees key industry player Hubertus M. Mühlhäuser appointed chairman of group, joining forces with CEO Peter Loeffler. The Keenfinifty Group has also announced that, as of 1 January 2026, the company will operate as a holding consisting of four businesses. The group said that by sharpening its focus and simplifying structures and processes, it hopes to strengthen its connection to customers and key markets. Read more below ⬇️
