OK, there's separate Dependabot secrets. This may still be worth including in the docs, as Dependabot, for most people, will not need the auto-commit and could work without the token. |

When following the instructions here, we always get this error in Dependabot PRs:
Adding a fallback to GITHUB_TOKEN seems to work fine.
