Note that this version bump should probably trigger a major version bump in the action. We will no longer be compatible with self-hosted runners having Node < 24.

Official Actions such as setup-node and setup-java have already performed Major Version Updates and implemented Node 24 support:

• setup-java: https://github.com/actions/setup-java/releases/tag/v5.0.0
