This July, we had the privilege of collaborating with Harvard University and Harvard Summer School to explore how Venchi can harness the power of Digital and AI to accelerate global growth while strengthening Customer Lifetime Value over the next three years. Together with brilliant minds and with the valuable contribution of our Digital Strategy & Insights Associate, Giorgia Gelmini, and our Senior eCommerce Manager US, Ivana Zhao, MBA, we shaped new strategic roadmaps that unite Italian artistry and tradition with the transformative power of digital innovation.
