I believe this incident is nearly deceptive to customers. When finalizing a purchase, a screen appears prompting a yearly subscription. It seems designed to confuse users: I intended to pay for my order but ended up subscribing by mistake. When I contacted customer care, I was informed that the amount could not be refunded since more than an hour had passed. The way this prompt is presented appears to me deliberately misleading to customers.

I've been scammed with false advertising spotify premium for free. Sad how this used to be such a great app with flawless support. I've subscribed for a 12months (+4months spotify premium), today I opened the 3rd ticket (subscibed 3-4months ago). The first ticket's response "Go to spotify, they will provide you with the code", after checking with spotify, they said the codes are delivered by the partner (HungerStation), as for the 2nd and 3rd ticket they kept avoiding, despite still advertising

very unprofessional customer services orders received late after 1and more hours and even missing items if u ask to cancel the orderafter 2 hours they will keep negotiating and even threatening that they won't return your money and when u complain they will return just 10 SAR Even not enough to cover the fees of the other order you will request for the missing items and finally after hours they will send you sorry we will not repeat it next time !!! really do u think there's a next time
