Evergrowth accelerates sales growth with Microsoft Clipchamp

Evergrowth specializes in a Customer Intelligence platform that enables B2B sales team to operate AI-driven agents across the sales funnel. As a young company, it was focused on acquiring new customers and differentiating itself from competitors.

It integrated Clipchamp into its sales efforts to create personalized video pitches for potential customers. Its marketing was transformed with engaging demo videos, which proved to be far more effective in showcasing its product and services.

Evergrowth, a US-based company with around 20 employees, specializes in building a Customer Intelligence platform to enable B2B sales team to operate AI-driven agents and copilots across the entire sales funnel. It focuses on enhancing its clients’ sales through AI and a deep understanding of its customers’ needs. Founded in 2015 as consultancy, Evergrowth transformed itself into an AI cloud-based platform earlier this year. With that pivot, they faced the same challenges as many young companies: acquiring new customers and differentiating itself from competitors. Evergrowth credits much of their success to the quick and tailored videos integrated into their sales and marketing processes, made possible by Clipchamp.

“What really changed everything was a video that I made with Clipchamp and posted on social media,” says JB Daguené, CEO of Evergrowth. Daguené discovered Microsoft Clipchamp while using the snipping tool for a basic screen recording, unaware that Clipchamp was included in his Microsoft 365 subscription. Intrigued, he started experimenting with video editing to see what was possible. "I have zero video editing experience, but with Clipchamp I put together a great-looking demo video very quickly. That product demo brought 300 people to a customer event we were organizing at the time. When that happened, I knew we were onto something.”

Encouraged by this success, Daguené continues to explore new uses for Clipchamp. He notes that the more he uses it, the more helpful and intuitive it becomes. He feels he’s no longer constrained by the lengthy back and forth that came with using an external video freelancer. Clipchamp has significantly increased the speed at which everyone at Evergrowth is able to produce engaging content.

“Before Clipchamp, we had to be so mindful of every video we made,” says Daguené. “The cost and time of working with a freelancer to make even one good video made us always try to do everything in one go. But because it’s so cheap and easy, Clipchamp lets us keep editing or making new videos for different customers and audiences.”

Clipchamp is now Evergrowth’s go-to tool for social media posts and product demos. The team especially likes the templates that Clipchamp includes for things like automatically formatting a video to meet the upload requirements of different social media platforms. They are also optimizing content for mobile devices, ensuring Evergrowth’s videos reach the widest possible audience.

Evergrowth differentiates itself by building custom profiles unique to every customer’s business model and the current situation and challenges they’re facing. With such a personalized approach, Daguené always felt that a long, wordy email couldn’t fully convey Evergrowth’s value when pitching prospective customers.

“An email just isn’t very engaging,” he says. But with Clipchamp, Evergrowth has transformed its pitch into a personalized video for each prospect. “As soon as a prospect sees it, they’re wowed. It’s so much more powerful than just telling them our product can do this, and this, and that.”
