[fvt]2.13.2 xcatprobe osdeploy performance: if probe partial osdeploy the stage start time and phase time are inaccurate #2497

How to reproduce:
1.
[root@c910f03c05k09 ~]# xcatprobe osdeploy -n c910f03c05k0220 -p origin -r 45m
The install NIC in current server is eth0 [INFO]
All nodes to be deployed are valid [ OK ]
Starting to scan logs which are later than 'Fri Feb 17 01:11:25 2017', please waiting for a while.............
