I was trying to set this up with Email/Password/2FA, and I get to the part of the setup that asks for "Code:", but none of my devices pop up asking to validate the login and give me the six digit code. I'm using Arch if that matters, but considering the app launches and I get passed Apple ID and Password, I suspect something else is up.
