When a post's title and/or content is changed, we mark that post as locally changed and show that in the post list. We also don't overwrite said post when it's pulled from remote in FluxC. It looks like we are not doing the same thing when the post settings are changed.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any post
2. Change its featured image or tags (those are the ones I tried)
3. Go back to post list
4. It should say that there are local changes in this post
