Task to update connected tests based on this PR comment:

1. URITest and URLTest are testing java.net classes, which doesn't make sense. I think we can remove these. They include 10 tests.
2. On UI tests document, it says 2. Run the tests in org.wordpress.android.e2e. I think we should move all tests under e2e package, or update the document.
