Expected behavior

I'm not sure if it's expected that a category set as a default can't be deleted or if a category should always be delete-able (and then removed as the default), regardless of whether it's set as the default.

Actual behavior

It looks like you can delete the category, but it doesn't actually delete.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Add new category
2. Set that category as the default for new posts (you may need to leave the Site Settings screen and come back for the default list to update)
3. In category management, delete that category
4. Note you get confirmation popup
5. Tap Delete
6. Note category is not deleted

Tested on [Google Pixel 7], Android [13], WPAndroid [21.4-rc-2]
