The goal of this task is to add support for "Category Management" as per the discussions and observations based on internal ref pbMoDN-2Zd-p2 and the parent issue.

The features that are being developed to support "Category Management" are

• New Category Listing screen in the Site Settings
• Add Category from the Category Listing screen
• Edit an existing Category
• Delete an existing Category
