Problem

The docker directive is deprecated and will be removed in v3. Please use the imageSpec directive instead.
After I moved to a new syntax with imageSpec I get an error

Error: phrase build image cli stage imageSpec  handler failed: unable to build spage "imageSpec": local storage is not supported...

It happens on local machine then I use werf compose without WERF_REPO
Please make a support to work imageSpec without WERF_REPO
