Improved heterostructure modules, added STM , and projected DOS modules.

In this release, fixed minor bugs in the heterostructure and LAMMPS modules.

Added linting, increased pytests and fixed minor bugs.

After this release, jarvis-tools will be moved and updated to https://github.com/JARVIS-Materials-Design/jarvis-tools

Added jupyter-notebooks
Minimal external dependencies (pymatgen, ASE etc. removed)

In order to make the package more sustainable, we will be taking out lot of dependencies after this release.
