Use Int128 for .NET 7 targets

Thank you for this package, it is amazing!

I am thinking once .NET 7 is added as a target, we should use the built-in [Int128](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/system.int128?view=net-7.0) struct.
