It certainly would It's a bit rough around the edges still but you can absolutely render HTML in the JS/TS runtime. You could take a look at https://github.com/trailbaseio/trailbase/tree/main/examples/collab-clicker-ssr, which also does some client-side hydration. Would love your input to make it better 🙏 |

Would the Trailbase team be interested in adding support for server-rendered HTML pages as a built-in feature?
When building applications with BAAS tools like Supabase, or PocketBase, many times client-side frameworks (SvelteKit, Nuxt, etc.) feel overkill. Most of the time I simply need a few html pages that can do basic CRUD operations, and I will sprinkle in some interactivity using htmx or data-star (SSE is awesome).
PocketBase doesn't currently offer this functionality, it's actively planned on their roadmap: Pocketbase Roadmap
The community has created solutions like pocketpages: Pocketpages
Would server-rendered pages align with Trailbase's vision and roadmap?
