Prevent Init Error when no remote is present #45
Description
Some repositories run without a remote being present, this should not show:
Timeglass: hooks written
fatal: 'origin' does not appear to be a git repository
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.
Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.
