  1. renderer: revise the image loader colorspace set 

    revise logic to properly pass requested colorspace
from the renderer to image loaders, so that each loaders
is able to try decode/covert the desired colorspace from the beginning.

previous implementation was trickly doing this with a bad atomic
global variable.
