Please add vehicle command support for connectivity. The following commands are already visible in the Tesla vehicle UX, and API access would support the remote provisioning of WiFi access across the fleet.

This assists in deploying vehicle connectivity (wifi access points) to our depot parking and charging areas, ensuring vehicles can connect / update whilst parked or charging. We are already successfully using PPSK to individually authenticate our Tesla vehicles across our dedicated vehicle WiFi network.

This is connected to the following fleet-telemetry issue: teslamotors/fleet-telemetry#407
