Describe the bug
The user interface fails to update the faucet balance when switching networks.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the main faucet page
2. Click on the 'Select network' dropdown
3. Choose any network from the dropdown
4. Repeat this process multiple times

The console will display the following error message: "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 429 (Too Many Requests)."

Expected behavior
Display an alert or message to inform the user that they are attempting to execute too many requests.
