Background:

Soot had the ability to mutate classes, for example to instrument or optimize code, and then write the modified results back to an output format.

Currently, it does not seem that Sootup has the capability for mutating classes or methods.

Request:

Is transformation/mutation support planned for SootUp?
If it is, is there a planned roadmap or timeline?
