This pull request adds a hook for
evaluateAccessControl()in addition to the hook forevaluatePolicy(). This should allow theios ui biometrics_bypassobjection command to hook both functions and bypass iOS biometrics checks in more instances. Example code for the latter function is given as a Github gist in a comment.
