Development release for various issues

Fixed issue with spaces in mode

Updated installation instructions and added default text to app to help users to don't build.

• Added device and feature detection.
• On first run, parses the results of scanimage -A and caches them in device.conf
• Scanserv should now detect when features are unavailable and avoid using them as per #4 (although it does not yet hide UI elements)
