  1. Don't load magit in Info mode 

    magit-base registers an autoload which occurs when clicking links in
Info mode. magit-base doesn't load because I'm missing some
dependencies like dash and compat. This breaks clicking links.

Work around the issue by disabling magit's Info mode autoloads.
