Now that 7.3 package storm has arrived, we cannot rollback python like we did until now. In my preliminary testing the new python package(2.7.5-39) is OK. We do need to evaluate some more as I saw intermittent errors in data_collector logs.

At the very least we should remove the downgrade logic from our yum config and initrock
