We need to set up a new beta release of Lettuce 7.4.0.BETA1

Describe the solution you'd like

• Modify the release notes
• Modify the pom.xml file to reflect the new SNAPSHOT release
• Create a release in the Releases screen
• Publish the release and verify the automation jobs
