I was working on packaging qtabs for submission to FreeBSD ports. However I noticed that both QTads and Gargoyle both having conflicting mimetype icons. They both install competing files to share/icons/hicolor/32x32/mimetypes/application-x-tads.png

I also noticed this has apparently been an issue for Arch packagers as well. https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=299530

I plan on adopting a similar approach to what was done in Arch, and simply make the mimetype icons in this port optional. However, I thought maybe I would bring it to your attention; in case there was someway long term to avoid this kind of collision.
