We have a number of comparison pages and we are starting to accumulate more tool pages. We're probably to the point we need some index or a singular index page to list these subpages. Our main goal is making the pages findable and getting them indexed, the secondary goal here is cleaning up the footer.

I also mentioned this in #176, where the "Features" dropdown would probably become a menu of sorts with these extra links.
