When I first created this we have a lot of elements that are dynamic so I did not apply schema validation everywhere. Turns out it's still really important that users not be able to create Promotions which are invalid and that we have a valid contract with the client, so we need to rework this and try to make this schema as complete as possible. We may need to limit some flexibility that is built into the current system but has not been requested by users
