Engine: Track file format and track loading #3

Description

A track format should be developed, along with track load mechanism. Track should be able to provide physic data for each point on the track (such as collision info, etc). Track sizes must be OpenGL compatible, meaning track dimensions are power of 2. Visible track size should abstract from OGL compatible image size, thus providing non-power-of-two map sizes visible for player.
