Merge psd-tools2 fork that introduces a major API change and breaks the compatibility with versions prior to 1.4. The major changes are the following:

• complete rewrite of the low-level data structures (psd_tools.psd subpackage) that supports both read and write;
• user API changes that introduces class definitions for different layers.
