Improvement and Automation of intrusive Tagging in Templates #7515

@ehsandeep

Description

@ehsandeep

As we continue to evolve the template project, we can continue to improve the template tagging process, specifically focusing on the intrusive tag. The goal is to automate the process of tagging templates that perform write operations on the target system as intrusive based on available information we have from existing templates.

This enhancement will allow nuclei users to exclude specific templates based on their tags, allowing users to avoid potentially disruptive operations if they choose to do so.

The context for this proposal can be found in our previous discussion here: link

This improvement will streamline our internal processes and enhance the user experience by providing more control over the templates to run.
