Reproduction steps

The ChangeToModeResponse command's StatusText field must be populated if the status field is InvalidInMode.

The version number of the Mode Base and the derived clusters (RVC Run Mode, RVC Clean Mode, Dishwasher Mode, Laundry Washer Mode, Refrigerator Mode) must also be updated.

Also, might need to update the revision in .zap files. See scripts/tools/zap/update_cluster_revisions.py
