Finish the 0.3.0 release by uploading to PyPI and conda-forge #171
Description
The installation instructions list only PyPI and conda-forge methods of installation, and do not give instructions on installing from source. There is a recent 0.3.0 release but for both PyPI and conda-forge the latest version available is 0.2.0. Is there a reason why 0.3.0 has not (yet?) been uploaded to PyPI or conda-forge?
